Refund & Return Policy

At Embroidery House 2020, we specialize in the manufacturing of custom-made embroidery badges, including handmade and machine-made products. As all items are produced according to customer specifications, our refund and return policy is outlined below:

1. Custom Orders

  • All embroidery badges are custom-manufactured based on the design, size, colors, and specifications approved by the customer.

  • Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.

2. Order Approval

  • We provide artwork/sample images for approval before production.

  • Once the customer approves the final design, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

We accept returns or offer replacements only if:

  • The product received is defective, or

  • The product does not match the approved design or order details.

In such cases:

  • The customer must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Clear photos or videos must be provided as evidence.

  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Handling

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier services or customs clearance.

5. Color & Size Variations

  • Minor variations in color, size, or stitching may occur due to the nature of embroidery work.

  • Such variations are considered normal and are not eligible for return or refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before production begins.

  • Once production has started, cancellation is not possible.
