Welcome to Embroidery House 2020. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Products & Services
We specialize in the manufacturing of custom-made embroidery badges, including handmade and machine-made products.
All products are manufactured according to the specifications provided and approved by the customer.
2. Custom Orders
All orders are custom-made and produced specifically for the customer.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except as stated in our Refund & Return Policy.
3. Design Approval
Artwork, mockups, or samples will be shared for customer approval before production.
Customer approval confirms acceptance of design, size, colors, spelling, and layout.
After approval, we are not responsible for errors or changes requested.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in United State Dollars and are subject to change before order confirmation.
Full or partial advance payment may be required before production.
Any bank charges, taxes, customs duties, or courier fees are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Production Time
Production time starts after payment confirmation and design approval.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to order quantity, complexity, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders through trusted courier services.
We are not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or customs clearance issues caused by courier companies.
7. Color & Size Variations
Minor variations in color, size, or stitching are normal in embroidery work and are not considered defects.
8. Intellectual Property
All customer-provided designs remain the intellectual property of the customer.
We will not share, reproduce, or use customer designs for any purpose other than fulfilling the order, without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the product ordered.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Privacy
Customer information and designs are protected under our Privacy Policy.
We guarantee that customer data and artwork will remain confidential.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Pakistan.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
